Job summary

Granite Group Wholesalers LLC in Manchester, NH seeks a dependable Delivery Driver to serve customers and job sites with timely deliveries, starting at 5:00 PM. This role is on the road with a dedicated route and local driving home each night, with forklift operation training offered as needed.

You will load, unload, and deliver boilers, water heaters, and related products, maintain safety standards, and represent the company with a courteous, professional disposition in stressful driving

Qualifications

• Experience as a delivery driver.
• DOT medical card, physical, drug and background screen are mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Polite and professional disposition; remain calm in stressful driving situations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift operation training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers and other branches; assist with unloading.
• Local driving home every night; operate on a dedicated route.
• Load and secure items for delivery; ensure safe handling of boilers and water heaters.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and local driving regulations.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and delivery at job sites and customer locations.

Key Duties and Qualifications

• making deliveries to customers and other branches and assist with unloading

• Tanks are filled before you head on the road and trucks are loaded
• You will have a dedicated route
• Repetitive heavy lifting involved
• Preparing loading unloading and delivery of our products boilers water heaters etc to job sites and customers
• Ability to swiftly and carefully lift 75lbsApplicant should be at least 21 years of age
• Experience as a delivery driver
• DOT medical card physical drug and background screen are mandatory
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record
• A polite and professional disposition and ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations
• Operating a forklift in the warehouse training offered
• Loads truck by ordering placing and securing items
• Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies procedures and standards as well as state and local driving rules and regulations
