Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to deliver products to customers on assigned routes and to stock and rotate items on shelves and coolers. This role acts as an ambassador for our iconic brands and ensures on-time, in-full delivery with top-tier customer service.

The position requires a Class A CDL and a valid MVR, with a 5,000 USD sign-on/retention bonus; typical start times around 5:00am and some weekend availability may be needed, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with MVR that meets company policy.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Self-motivated with integrity and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on assigned routes.
• Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards.
• Pick up company property and returns.
• Move, lift and load product and company property.
• Invoice and collect amounts due; settle accounts daily.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Provide superior customer service and foster relationships with store management and personnel.
