Job summary

After successful training, you’ll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits after training. The program provides real on-the-road experience, structured progression from graduate to solo driver, and weekly direct deposits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT qualifications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Watch and learn from an experienced mentor during training (4–6 weeks)
• Build driving skills, trip planning, and safety inspections
• Perform pickups, deliveries, and communicate with dispatch
• Transition to solo driving in your own truck after training
