C.R. England in Front Royal, VA is seeking a Driver Mentor for our dedicated Sysco fleet. This role focuses on mentoring, delivering no-touch refrigerated freight, and ensuring on-time performance with 24/7 support and an on-site maintenance shop.

Average pay is around $80,000 annually with top earners up to $88,000. Home time is weekly for most drivers, with a guaranteed 34-hour reset every other week.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience required.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Driver will need to get a HAZMAT endorsement within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a mentee on Sysco dedicated routes.
• Deliver primarily no-touch refrigerated freight.
• Maintain safety and on-time performance with support from an on-site maintenance shop.
• Communicate route details and maintain consistent home time.
