Job summary

A leading global distributor is seeking a Transportation Operator in Evansville, Indiana. In this role, you'll pick up and deliver hazardous materials while ensuring safety and compliance. Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with the necessary endorsements and at least 2 years of driving experience. Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.
• Experience operating various types of trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pick-up and delivery of hazardous materials.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulations.
• Use on-board devices for delivery routing and documentation.

Skills

Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English

Valid Class A CDL license with HazMat and Tanker endorsements

Ability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment

2+ years of CDL-A driving experience

Operating a tractor-trailer in different conditions

Physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds

Satisfy all DOT physical qualifications requirements

Test negative on the company’s drug tests
