Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. is hiring a CDL Driver in Loveland, CO to deliver and service products for assigned accounts. You will merchandise coolers, rotate stock, and maintain neat inventory while providing excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required.
• Clear MVR; no disqualifying violations in the past 3 years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product lines and account characteristics quickly.
• Able to work independently with good judgment and initiative.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and service all products within assigned accounts.
• Merchandise and stock coolers to increase sell-through.
• Maintain neat inventory and organize account rotations.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete sales tickets, collect payments, and file PODs.
• Perform daily check-in/out, DOT pre/post trips as required.
• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $17.55 / hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

The CDL Driver is responsible for delivering products to clients; inspect the general condition of the vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean the vehicle. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and servicing all products within assigned accounts
• Merchandises and stocks all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
• Manages, rotates, and maintains a neat inventory in each account
• Provides excellent customer service to accounts, effectively resolves concerns or issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
• Honors all personal and business commitments to all customers
• Operates company vehicle safely, courteously, and obeys all traffic regulations
• Responsible for completion of all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at all accounts, POD’s collected and all related paperwork.
• Completion of daily Check In/Out process, DOT pre-trips and post-trips.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Requires a strong attention to detail
• Must be able to meet company MVR standard
• Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Must demonstrate an ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely and effectively
• Able to quickly learn product and account characteristics
• Must be able to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
• Must be able to think critically, adapt to change and utilize available resources to solve problems
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card required
• Clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years required
• Previous driving and/or delivery experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to48pounds
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
• Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
• Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
