Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a CDL Driver in Monument, CO to deliver products to clients and maintain vehicle readiness. You will load, unload, review orders, process payments, and keep records while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate inventory management, and adherence to DOT requirements. This is a full‑time on‑premises position with competitive hourly pay and incentives.

• Previous driving and/or delivery experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and service all products within assigned accounts.
• Merchandise and stock all coolers to increase sell‑through of products.
• Manage, rotate, and maintain a neat inventory in each account.
• Provide excellent customer service to accounts and resolve issues professionally.
• Honor all personal and business commitments to customers.
• Operate company vehicle safely and obey traffic regulations.
• Complete all sales tickets and collect payments; POS paperwork filed.
• Complete daily Check In/Out, DOT pre‑trips and post‑trips.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $24.40 / hour plus incentives. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

The CDL Driver is responsible for delivering products to clients; inspect the general condition of the vehicle; prepare, load, unload, operate, and clean the vehicle. Review standing orders, develop sales, process payments, and maintain records.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and servicing all products within assigned accounts
• Merchandises and stocks all coolers to effectively increase sell‑through of products
• Manages, rotates, and maintains a neat inventory in each account
• Provides excellent customer service to accounts, effectively resolves concerns or issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
• Honors all personal and business commitments to all customers
• Operates company vehicle safely, courteously, and obeys all traffic regulations
• Responsible for completion of all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at all accounts, POD’s collected and all related paperwork.
• Completion of daily Check In/Out process, DOT pre‑trips and post‑trips.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to48pounds
• Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
• Work may involve repetitive motions, working at varying heights, and exposure to warehouse environmental conditions
• Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‑season schedules may be required
