Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Dayton, OH is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local Home Daily routes. Drive a Day Cab, 53’ Dry Van, no-touch auto parts freight, with a Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule and AM/PM start options.

You will be paid weekly with a guaranteed $1,355 per week, plus bonuses including up to $2,000 in your first year and quarterly safety bonuses. Benefits begin after 30 days, and 401(k) with company match support your long-term career with Ryder.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• 9 months to 5 years of tractor-trailer experience per policy.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Must pass Ryder drug test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight if required or assist with freight handling.
