Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for routes originating from Dayton, OH. Drivers are paid weekly with a base rate of $25.50 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, and a $50 per night per diem.

The position includes a 1340 weekly guarantee, paid training, and a loyalty bonus program with $1000 at 6 months and $1000 at 1 year. Most trips are away from home up to 85% of the time, with a mix of sleeper tractors and straight trucks.

Qualifikationen

• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 1 year dry van experience required.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading as required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
