Job summary

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Cleveland, OH. The role offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and a driver-focused team. Schedule varies M-F, Tue-Sat, or Wed-Sun with start times around 7am, and home for a 34-hour reset.

Route includes Ohio, Michigan, Connecticut, Kingston NY. Training occurs in Indiana for a couple days. Benefits provided include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and referral program.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required with at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements to operate commercially.

Responsibilities

• Transport construction materials per DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform strapping and chaining and other handling tasks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
