TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Driver to support nationwide operations based in Pacific, WA. This temp-to-hire role offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Openings: 1 Driver.

Start time is early morning after a 10-hour sleeper reset. Average day is about 11 hours with pay including $0.60 per loaded mile plus component pay and averages around $1,500 weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of driving experience required.
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and flatbed equipment.
• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on nationwide routes.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites.
• Load and unload freight as required.
• Secure and transport loads safely.
• Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation.
• Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements.

• Average Length of Day: Approximately 11 hours
• Pay: $0.60 per loaded mile + component pay, average $1500/Week
• Route Type: Nationwide
• Home Time: Regional/nationwide driving with sleeper operation
• Freight: Industrial materials and products
• Delivery Locations: Industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
• Loading/Unloading: Yes
• Transmission: Automatic
• 1 year of driving experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and flatbed equipment
• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on nationwide routes
• Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
• Load and unload freight as required
• Secure and transport loads safely
• Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation
