Job summary

Reworld is seeking a CDL Driver III in Avon Lake, OH to transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste between company facilities and client sites. You will operate a range of vehicles including vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans, and flatbeds, adhering to DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Key duties include long-distance driving, equipment operation, and pre/post trip inspections, with additional responsibilities covering paperwork, placarding, and safety coordination.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older due to interstate travel and regulations.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial driving experience, including tanker experience.
• CDL Class A with Tanker endorsements or site-specific equipment.
• HazMat endorsement required.
• Ability to interpret maps and follow directions.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials over long distances per safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Operate pumps and equipment on vehicles for loading/unloading cargo.
• Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections.
