Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B license required.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience required.
• 5+ years driving experience may substitute for a diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operate vehicle to transport materials safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Secure and inspect cargo to ensure safe delivery and proper documentation.
• Load and unload freight using forklift and securing equipment.
• Report any delays, damages or irregularities to dispatch promptly.
• Maintain radio contact with dispatch and communicate delays or emergencies.
