Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Monroe, NC fleet. Drivers handle no-touch freight with weekly home time and typically 2–3 nights out per week, averaging 2,200–2,400 miles weekly.

Starting pay is $0.70 per mile, with additional pay for metro loads, stops, detention, and holiday pay. Runs include NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, KY, and TN from the Monroe distribution center.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• Able to run 2 to 3 nights out and work Saturdays as required.
• Comfortable using Samsara or phone communication for dispatch updates.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated Monroe, NC fleet with no-touch freight.
• Meet scheduled departure and delivery times while complying with hours-of-service rules.
• Communicate daily for dispatch updates via Samsara or phone.
