Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Hickory, NC fleet with no-touch freight and weekly home time. Drivers average 2,200 to 2,400 miles per week and are out 2 to 3 nights at a time.

Pre-loaded freight from the Hickory, NC distribution center and metro loads with $132.50–$201.50 per load plus $25 per stop; detention pay after 2 hours; weekend pay and holidays. Lane coverage includes NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, KY, TN.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 12 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
• Able to run 2–3 nights out per week and work Saturdays as required.
• Comfortable using Samsara or phone-based dispatch updates.
• Must meet hiring and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated Hickory, NC fleet with no-touch freight and weekly home time.
• Maintain schedule adherence to planned departure and delivery times.
• Dispatched loads via Samsara or phone with daily updates as needed.
• Cover lanes within NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, KY and TN from the Hickory DC.
