Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is the world’s largest equipment rental provider, and we’re looking for a Class A CDL Driver in Colorado Springs. You’ll deliver equipment safely and on time, serve as a company ambassador, and be home every night in this locally focused role.

You will drop off and pick up gear, operate trucks and cranes per DOT rules, maintain logs and perform pre-trip inspections, and help customers select the right tools while upholding strict safety standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience.
• Superior customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Diligent attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment and trucks within DOT classifications.
• Maintain logs and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Operate boom trucks and cranes as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations including FMCSR.
