Job summary

United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment safely and on time while serving as a company ambassador. You’ll be home every night and support trench safety needs with courteous service.

Responsibilities include dropping off, operating equipment including low boys, maintaining logs and inspections, and upselling equipment as needed. Must have a valid CDL-A, HS diploma, and 2 years of DOT driving experience. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Operate equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers per DOT classification CDL-A.
• Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment or supplies to customers as needed.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and company policies.
