United Rentals, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers safely and on time, with opportunities for career growth. You’ll be a company ambassador, providing excellent service and returning home each night.

This role requires a valid CDL-A, a clean driving record, and at least 2 years of DOT-regulated driving experience, plus strong communication and safety focus. Benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
• Diligent attention to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including DOT regulations.
• Maintain driver’s logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
