Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver equipment to customers in a safe and courteous manner. You will be home nightly with local routes and have opportunities to advance within the world’s largest equipment rental provider.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, conducting pre-trip inspections, maintaining logs, and promoting safety. A valid CDL-A, HS diploma or GED, and DOT experience are required; benefit offerings support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Demonstrates superior customer service and communication skills.
• Strong safety orientation and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
• Operate construction equipment while adhering to DOT classifications and safety rules.
• Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment or services to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
