United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver equipment to customers safely, operate trucks and trailers, and maintain logs and pre-trip inspections.

This role emphasizes excellent customer service and adherence to safety standards while representing the company locally. The position offers opportunities for career development within the world’s largest equipment rental provider, with home-time off each night and a focus on safety and customer

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
• Diligent attention to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver equipment to customers safely and on time.
• Operate construction equipment such as semi-trucks and trailers per DOT rules.
• Maintain driver logs and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies to customers.
• Represent United Rentals as a company ambassador with excellent service.
