Job summary

Integrated Trucking Solution is seeking a Local Class A Driver for a TJX Chicago account, company W2. Home most nights across IL, WI, and IN with occasional 10s on the road.

You will handle multi-stop freight in a dry van, unload with liftgates and pallet jacks, and maintain logs while delivering safely and on time. Orientation pay, sign-on bonus, and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 22 years old.
• 6–12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Experience with a trailer of 40 feet or longer.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 years.
• No at-fault fatal accidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport freight safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.

Job description

We are hiring Class A drivers for a dedicated TJX Chicago account. Company W2. Home most nights.

Pay

• $0.75/mile — includes $0.10/mile based on performance
• Top 25% of drivers on this fleet make $2,000 weekly / $104,000 annually
• $20 stop pay
• $35/pallet jack unload
• $500 orientation pay
• $1,500 sign-on bonus
• 1,900–2,000 miles/week based on load availability

The job

• Dedicated TJX Chicago account — company W2
• Hiring area: 50 miles of Chicago, IL
• Runs IL, WI, and IN
• Home most nights — occasional 10s on the road
• Non-grocery retail — dry van
• Multi-stop freight — 3–4 stops per load
• Driver unload at the delivery location — liftgate trailers
• Mostly pallet jacks; occasional hand unloads at a different unload rate
• Full company benefits including medical, PTO, and holiday pay

Minimum requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 22 years old
• 6–12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Less than 12 months requires a good safety record
• Experience must be with a trailer of 40 feet or longer (regional or OTR)
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
• License suspensions reviewed case by case
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in 3 years
• No at-fault fatal accidents
