Job summary

DOLLAR TREE is seeking a CDL-A Regional Driver for dedicated routes out of Ridgefield, WA. This position combines driving with hands-on unloading and offers both day and night shift options.

You will operate regional routes across WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, and NORTHERN CA, with weekly home time and a 34-hour reset. Expect 2–4 loads weekly and 3–4 stops per load.

Qualifications

• Average weekly pay: $2,000 | Top weekly pay: $2,600
• Average annualized pay: $104,371 | Top annualized pay: $134,155
• Hourly pay: $29–$30.50 for 0–48 months of experience; $31/hour for 49–200 months
• Safe & On-Time Bonus opportunity
• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset

• Holiday season may mean less time off; additional time off may be available during slower periods
