Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Regional Driver for the Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, WA. This role offers strong hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and weekly home time with a consistent regional freight lane.

You will handle 2–4 loads per week, 3–4 stops per load, unload with rollers, and work routes across WA, OR, ID, MT, UT and Northern CA. Valid CDL, 3+ months experience, clean driving record, and DOT medical card required; home time weekly with 34-hour reset.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Comfortable unloading freight with rollers.
• Able to perform physical freight-handling duties.
• Available for day or night shifts.
• Flexible with days off based on freight demands.

• $29.00–$30.50/hour for 0–48 months of experience
• $31.00/hour for 49–200 months of experience
