Airgas, Inc. in Harvey, LA is seeking a CDL A Driver Hazmat for Nitrogen transport. You will safely deliver liquid nitrogen to customers and partner with district managers to support service excellence.

Travel is 80–100% domestically, with a generous incentive program including quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements.
• TWIC card required; 1+ year tractor-trailer driving within last four years.
• 1+ year tanker experience within last four years; proficiency with manual transmission.

Responsabilités

• Safely deliver liquid nitrogen to customers while complying with DOT regulations.

• Travel: 80-100% travel in domestic states (private room /no roommate)

Your primary contribution in this role is to safely deliver liquid nitrogen to our customers. You will partner daily with the district manager and field supervisor to support excellent customer service and operational success. We are looking for someone to champion the Airgas Nitrogen Services safety culture and demonstrate a commitment to DOT rules and regulations.

• Collaborative Logistics: Partner and coordinate daily with leadership to ensure customer needs are met and operations run smoothly.
• Safety Advocacy: Champion a "Safety First" environment by following DOT regulations and sharing best-in-class safety practices with the team.
• Customer Connection: Serve as a reliable point of contact for our customers, providing professional and courteous delivery services.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker Endorsements
• TWIC Card Required
• +1 year experience of tractor-trailer driving within the last four years
• +1 year experience of tanker experience within the last four years

• Proficiency with manual transmission vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience
• Forklift experience
• Basic knowledge of cryogenic pumps, tanks, transports, hydraulic equipment and diesel engines
• Knowledge of industrial gases
