Job summary

White Cap is seeking a CDL A Driver to join our on-site Colorado team. You will coordinate and deliver materials to customer jobsites, operate tractor-trailers, and may use forklift equipment to unload shipments.

Ideal candidates have a valid Class A CDL with endorsements, a clean MVR, and experience delivering construction materials. Safety-focused and customer-oriented professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license with applicable endorsements and a clean MVR.
• Experience delivering construction, industrial, building materials, or other heavy products to customer locations preferred.
• Experience operating truck-mounted forklifts (Moffett/Piggyback), forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, including knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, cargo securement, and safe driving practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships at jobsites and delivery locations.
• Experience handling delivery documentation, manifests, bills of lading, and other transportation-related paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to support warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, order preparation, and inventory movement as needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites using a tractor-trailer or straight truck with a GVW over 26,000 pounds.
• May use a truck-mounted forklift to unload shipments at customer jobsites.
• Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
• May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
• Performs other duties as needed.
