Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in Virginia Beach is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to join our expanding team. You will deliver and recover equipment to customer worksites, operate flatbed or lowboy trailers, and navigate urban, suburban, and rural settings with safety and professionalism.

Prerequisites include a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid CDL with a clean driving record. You should be able to perform basic equipment maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CDL license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with flatbeds and RGN/lowboy trailers is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or vehicle issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover equipment to customer worksites.
• Operate Class A tractor-trailer on flatbeds or RGN/lowboy trailers in varying environments.
• Drive safely through construction zones and tight settings.
• Provide good customer service and basic maintenance as needed.
