Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver and recover a variety of equipment to customer worksites. You will operate flatbeds, dovetails, and lowboy trailers in urban, suburban, and rural settings, applying safe driving practices in tight construction zones.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; a valid CDL and clean driving record are required. Benefits include health, dental and vision plans, a 401(k) match, paid time off, disability and life insurance,

Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver's license with CDL License and acceptable driver's record.
Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred.
Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers.
Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
Customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

Deliver and recover a variety of equipment to customer worksites.
Operate Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer in various conditions.
Drive safely in construction zones and tight settings.
