Job summary

RTech Engineering is hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver to transport materials and equipment to job sites and provide hands-on support to our construction crews across South Florida.

This role blends driving with loading and unloading, inspections, and field support. You must be comfortable performing physical work outdoors on active construction sites, and you will join a safety‑focused, team‑oriented environment to help keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) required.
• Must communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
• Willingness to perform physical work (loading/unloading).
• Able to work outdoors at active construction sites.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Team-oriented and able to follow directions.
• Previous experience transporting construction materials or equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company commercial vehicles to and from job sites.
• Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure loads properly before transport.
• Complete vehicle inspection reports and documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Provide hands-on support to construction crews and field operations.
• Follow all company, DOT, and job-site safety requirements.
