Job summary

The SYGMA Network in Harrisburg area is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to transport products from the warehouse to customers, ensuring proper unloading and accurate delivery according to invoices and company standards.

The role requires valid Class A CDL, English proficiency, and the ability to operate a tractor-trailer, load and unload safely, and complete paperwork accurately for daily routes. Evening dispatch and long routes are typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus 1 year tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs and report entries.

Responsibilities

• Unloads product from trailer by hand or hand cart, following store procedures and scanning deliveries.
• Ensures all paperwork (logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices) is completed accurately and timely.
• Follows food safety protocols and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor, trailer, warehouse and yard.
• Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with courteous service and clear communication.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
