Job summary

Performance Food Group in Memphis is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our broadline distribution team. You will be the face of the company, ensuring on-time deliveries and safe operations for independent restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools and quick-service eateries.

Responsibilities include DOT compliance, pre/post trip inspections, loading/unloading, and accurate paperwork. Must have a Class A CDL, pass a road test, and meet MVR/DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic typing and computer skills are required.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/trailer and report issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Load/unload freight and verify invoices and paperwork.
• Keep accurate records of hours of service and vehicle inspections.
• Train newer drivers when route coverage is low.
