Job summary

CRH, through its Oldcastle division, is seeking a Driver Operator to deliver products to customers and support job sites. You will load, unload, and position materials, operate Moffett-equipped trucks, and assist customers and vendors on a daily basis.

The role requires a CDL Class A, Moffett experience, and the ability to work outdoors for extended hours. You will contribute to a safety-focused team in a fast-paced field environment with opportunities for growth within CRH’s expansive network.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must have Moffett experience.
• Ability to drive dump truck and straight truck with Moffett.
• Previous flatbed and dump truck experience required.
• Certificate of driving school training.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
• Able to work in a team environment and complete site paperwork.
• Meet the DOT federal regulations annually.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work outdoors up to 8+ hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from dump trucks or flatbed trucks with Moffett.
• Capable of unloading multiple stop loads.
• Proper placement of materials at job site.
• Identify different types and sizes of material.
• Assist customers and outside vendors with issues.
• Keep equipment in good working condition.
• Report concerns per supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
