Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking a CDL A Driver for a dry van with 100% no-touch freight on nationwide OTR routes, designed for high mileage and safety. Weekly pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,600, with top earners $1,800+ per week and a $2,000 welcome bonus paid in four $500 installments.

Rigs are modern (2023+ Kenworth & Freightliner Cascadia). No NYC dispatches; typical weekly miles around 2,400 with peak performers higher. Flexible schedule with discipline and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• CDL License: Valid Class A CDL (Must be 21 years or older).
• Experience: Minimum 90+ days of solo verifiable OTR experience.
• Driving Record: Clean MVR (No DUI within the last 5 years; No SAP program history).
• Screening: Must pass standard DOT physical and drug/alcohol screens.

Equipment & Route Info

• Modern Rigs: 2023+ Kenworth & Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
• No NYC Ever: Zero mandatory dispatches into New York City or the five boroughs.
• Lanes: 48 states (heavy emphasis east of I-35). Average haul length is 450 miles.
• Freight Effort: 100% No-Touch (Roughly 70 % Drop & Hook).
• Weekly Miles: 2,400 avg miles/wk (High-performers average 2,400 3,000+ miles).
• Schedule: Flexible schedules (Suggested 12 out / 2 home for peak earnings).

Earn up to $20,000+ extra per year mentoring new drivers:

Guaranteed Trainer Base: $250/week minimum just for training.

Mileage Bonus: Extra $0.05 CPM on all weekly miles above 1,875.

Student Upgrade Bonus: Up to $400 for every successfully graduated student.

Qualifications for Trainers: 1 year OTR experience, 30 days with our fleet, clean driving record.
