Job summary

Victory Brewing – Parkesburg, PA seeks a CDL-A Driver, Distribution Associate to support our supply chain. You will deliver products and materials to customers and assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse tasks to keep operations flowing efficiently.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a medical card, and the ability to lift 60 pounds. Early morning and day shifts are common, with ELD, GPS, and forklift skills expected for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Retain a valid Class A CDL driver’s license.
• Maintain a medical card and drive responsibly.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and moving heavy loads.
• Availability for early morning and day shift hours.
• Proficient using ELD logging devices and GPS; able to operate forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finished products and/or raw materials to internal/external customers.
• Ensure contents are secured in the truck to prevent damage.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain driving logs and related paperwork (BOLs/Manifests).
• Move goods with forklifts and assist loading/unloading as needed.
• Support Fulfillment by picking orders and loading trucks; unload inbound shipments.

This includes order fulfillment and transportation of Artisanal Brewing Ventures products and materials.**WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle to efficiently conduct deliveries of finished products and/or raw materials to internal/external customers* Ensure contents are properly secured inside of truck to prevent breakage or damage* Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip* Maintain detailed driving logs and accurate paperwork (BOL’s, Manifests)* Safely operate forklift trucks and other equipment to move, load, or stack packaged beer and raw materials* Support the Fulfillment Team by picking order and loading trucks as needed* Unload and check in inbound shipments as needed* Contribute to warehouse/equipment organization and cleanliness**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** Retain a valid Class A CDL driver’s license* Retain a medical card* Physically capable of lifting 60 pounds and moving at least 165 pounds* Availability for early morning and day shift hours* Ability to safely operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.* Proficient using ELD logging devices, GPS, and any other necessary electronic devices* Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends when necessary**Physical Requirements*** Frequently stand for the duration of the shift, walk, bend over, twist, kneel, climb, stoop and crouch.
