Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL A drivers for a dedicated account that runs to all 48 states. This position features no-touch freight, a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload, and newer Condo trucks assigned to you for consistent miles.

Routes go from distribution center to distribution center or warehouse, with guaranteed home time based on schedule. A stable earnings model and company benefits complete the package.

• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years; no more than 1 serious violation in 12 months.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Starting pay $0.57 to $0.65 CPM based on experience
• Average weekly gross of $1,425 to $1,625+ running 2,500+ miles per week
• Out 2 to 3 weeks at a time, extra day home for every week out if you stay out longer
• Full day home guaranteed for each week run

Freight and Equipment

• No touch freight throughout, all 48 states
• Mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience (trainer time and CDL school time do not count)
• Valid Class A CDL issued by your current state of residency
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 1 serious violation in the last 12 months (excessive speed 15+ mph over, reckless driving, handheld device use)
• No more than 2 DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years; no major accidents (rear end, rollover, jackknife) or major violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years; cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason
