Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers seeks CDL drivers for a dedicated account delivering across all 48 states. You will run between distribution centers with no-touch freight, a mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads, and keep a steady, predictable schedule.

Starting pay is competitive with weekly miles that sustain consistent earnings. Medical, dental, and 401K with company match are provided after 60 days, plus PTO and other benefits upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by current state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and 1 serious violation in 12 months.

Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Starting pay $0.57 to $0.65 CPM based on experience
• Average weekly gross of $1,425 to $1,625+ running 2,500+ miles per week
• Out 2 to 3 weeks at a time, extra day home for every week out if you stay out longer
• Full day home guaranteed for each week run

• No touch freight throughout, all 48 states
• Mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• 3 full months of verifiable Class A driving experience (trainer time and CDL school time do not count)
• Valid Class A CDL issued by your current state of residency
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 1 serious violation in the last 12 months (excessive speed 15+ mph over, reckless driving, handheld device use)
• No more than 2 DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years; no major accidents (rear end, rollover, jackknife) or major violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years; cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason
