Job summary

HODGE is seeking a CDL A Driver in North Carolina to transport goods between warehouses, suppliers, and customers. You will operate various trucks, manage inventory, and ensure timely, safe deliveries while following DOT regulations.

Essential duties include loading/unloading, securing loads, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Strong communication and a safety-first mindset are required, with a commitment to company values of family, integrity, ambition, respect and balance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A and DOT medical card

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles and drive tractors, trailers and straight trucks to move materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Assist in loading, unloading, and securing materials for transport
• Communicate clearly with peers and leadership about material movements and issues
• Perform pre-operational equipment checks and report any issues promptly
