Job summary

McLane Company is seeking CDL-A Delivery Drivers in San Antonio, TX. You will inspect tractors, drive to destinations, maintain DOT logs, and unload products at customer locations. This role requires a valid CDL-A and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently for safety and job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of driving regulations and safe maneuvering.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations and document deliveries.
• Unload trailer and deliver products at customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
