Job description

CDL A Driver Lease Trainer

New program for drivers who want to train drivers while leasing their truck

We lease a Pete 579 Cummins engine with zero down and no credit check

  1. Only 2 deductions: truck payment, and 1 deduction for insurance

You get paid 1.45 for all the miles you drive plus what your trainee drives

That's right, all miles go to you

Plus, you get paid bonuses on the driver after he leaves your truck for 1 entire year

  1. All dry van

Mostly dedicated routes

Nothing past Texas, no northeast runs

Bring home 3k plus weekly if you are willing to run

  1. Trucks have fridge, inverter, XM radio, and mount for TV

Example: you drive 2k miles, your trainee drives 2k miles

You get paid for all 4k miles at 1.45-1.55 per mile

  1. You do the math

Must have good MVR and no SAP drivers
