Job summary

American Driver is seeking a CDL-A driver for regional routes in Washington state and beyond. You will drive a Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, with no-touch freight and a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.

The role includes a structured orientation period, paid training, and weekly direct deposit. Expect 2,000–2,400 miles weekly and a predictable home restart every week, with comprehensive benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

• CDL-A in hand is required to start.
• Training period: four to five weeks with a seasoned driver (paid).
• DOT physical and drug test required before first dispatch.
• MVR must be clean for last 3 years; no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes within a defined footprint.
