Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A licensed Delivery Driver in Winchester, VA to join our foodservice distribution team. You will drive tractor-trailer or straight trucks on local and regional routes, ensuring on-time delivery and proper unloading at customer sites.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, accurate paperwork, customer communication, and adherence to DOT regulations. A competitive benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers to answer questions accurately.
• Operates tractor trailer or straight truck following DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Pre/post trip inspections and reports of safety issues or required repairs.
• Delivers and unloads products to customer locations as scheduled.
• Verifies deliveries with customers and collects payment where required.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintains equipment in clean and safe condition and secures freight properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
