Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking CDL-A Delivery Drivers to join our nationwide team. You will drive tractor-trailers, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure accurate delivery documentation while maintaining compliant logs and safe driving practices.

We offer an annual pay range of $85,000 to $95,000, sign-on bonuses up to $7,500 based on experience, Day 1 medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus paid holidays and more to support a long-term career with McLane.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and operations.
• Age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects before and after trips and submit DOT reports.
• Verify bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destinations with knowledge of driving regulations and safe maneuvering.
• Maintain driver logs per DOT regulations and document delivery receipts and temperatures.
• Unload deliveries into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
