Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced CDL A Driver to join their team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on safe delivery of petroleum products, compliance with DOT regulations, and high-quality customer service at local and regional routes.

Applicants should have HazMat and Tank endorsements, a TWIC card (or ability to obtain), and at least 1 year of Class A driving experience. Excellent benefits and opportunities for overtime are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty delivery vehicles to deliver petroleum products accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with DOT safety guidelines and company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by honoring customer requests (e.g., placing product in specific locations, cleaning tanks).
• Assist with emergency delivery requests as needed to support customer demand.
• Perform light warehouse duties as required.

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in an ERP database environment.
• MSHA Certification is a plus!
