Job summary

Sportsman Boats is hiring a CDL-A driver to transport boats and equipment along the East Coast and across the U.S. Overnight trips are typically only 1–2 nights per week, leaving you time at home.

You will load, secure, and deliver cargo, complete logs, and perform routine equipment checks while upholding a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and active DOT physical card.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport Sportsman boats and equipment.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload boats and equipment.
• Complete required driver logs and DOT documentation.
• Inspect and maintain the truck and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and delivery sites.
• Represent Sportsman Boats with a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Our CDL Drivers transport our boats and equipment throughout the East Coast and across the U.S.—but unlike traditional over-the-road trucking, our overnight trips are typically only 1–2 nights per week. You’ll spend your time hauling some pretty impressive cargo, representing a growing boat manufacturer, and still have plenty of time at home.
