Job summary

QuickPro Staffing is seeking a reliable CDL A Driver for local routes in Summerville, SC. This temp-to-hire role starts early at 2:30 AM and runs Monday–Friday, with overtime after 40 hours.

Drivers will handle local deliveries, load their trailers with a forklift, and make 5–15 stops per route on day cab trucks. Requirements include CDL A with 3 years in the last 3 years, ELD experience, a current DOT Medical Card, ability to pass a DOT drug screen, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience within the last 3 years.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• ELD experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Minimum 22 years old.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries of packaged/general freight.
• Load trailers for the day using a forklift.
• Route typically 5–15 stops with some pickups on return.
• Operate day cab trucks with automatic transmissions.

Job description

We’re looking for a reliable CDL A Driver to join a great team in Summerville, SC! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with quick conversion and weekly pay—perfect for drivers ready for long-term stability.

Position Highlights:

• $23-24/hour with overtime after 40 hours
• 2:30AM-6AM start time, until route is finished
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Local deliveries of packaged/general freight
• Drivers will load their trailers for the day using a forklift, 5-15 stops per route, some pick-ups may be required when returning back from the route.
• Day cab trucks with automatic transmissions
• Forklift/Reach truck experience

Driver Requirements:

• Minimum 22 years of age
• ELD Experience
• Current DOT Medical Card
• 3 years of CDL A experience within the last 3 years
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when required
