Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking drivers to operate within the dry bulk shipping network. Duties include delivering preloaded trailers and maintaining customer relationships while upholding rigorous safety and equipment training.

Qualifications

Role Overview:

This position involves operating pneumatic equipment, managing customer relationships, and ensuring safe and efficient deliveries within the dry bulk shipping industry. Drivers primarily focus on driving, with additional responsibilities including loading, unloading, and customer interactions, supported by extensive safety and equipment training.

• Compensation & Benefits: Average annual earnings between $95,000-$110,000, with additional bonuses such as a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly safety bonuses, and border crossing fees for Canadian deliveries. Full-time employees receive benefits including paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and life insurance.
• Key Requirements: Must be at least 23 years old with a valid Class A CDL and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience. Candidates should meet FMCSA medical standards, have a clean driving record, and pass background checks. Hazmat endorsement is required at certain locations; tank endorsement not necessary.
• Skills & Qualifications: Ability to communicate in English, physically and mentally fit to operate a vehicle, and compliant with FMCSA regulations. No recent serious violations, multiple preventable accidents, or suspensions. Military driving experience is considered an asset.
• Work Duties & Conditions: Primarily delivering preloaded trailers with occasional night outs, hotel stays, and weekend work. The role is physically demanding, involving equipment operation, loading/unloading, and customer service in a team-oriented environment.
