Job summary

CDL Hires in Nashville is seeking a Regional Dry Van Driver – Trainee & Experienced Welcome to run a regional account across the Southeast and Mid South, with some trips to the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West. You may be out 5–6 days with weekly home time, and shifts include day or night options.

Compensation includes weekly pay with mileage-based rates and a small bonus. Applicants must hold a CDL A, be 21+, pass drug screening, and be willing to work either trainee or experienced seat positions.

Regional Dry Van Driver – Trainee & Experienced Welcome

Now hiring Solo drivers for a dedicated regional account! Regional freight to the Southeast and Mid South, with occasional loads to the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West, including IL, WI, IN, OH, PA, and upstate NY.

What You'll Do:

Dry van regional freight. Some drivers leave out on Sunday and return Friday; others leave out Monday and return Saturday.

Home Time:

Once a week, with 34-hour restarts.

Shift:

Both day and night shifts available.

Pay & Benefits:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400
• Weekly Mileage: 2,100–2,300 miles
• Pay Rate: $0.55 per mile
• Short Haul Pay: $40 for loads under 100 miles
• Bonus: $100, based on availability, service, and safety

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A license
• Trainees and experienced (first seat) drivers welcome
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass drug screening (hair & urine)
