Job summary

Signature Labor Services in Columbia, SC is seeking CDL A truck drivers for local, home-daily deliveries of construction materials and safety products. Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience, with a $200 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers.

You will support warehouse staff and ensure accurate counts, inspections, and documentation. Requirements include a valid CDL A, ability to drive manual transmission, a clean MVR, and a current DOT medical card.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

CDL CLASS A TRUCK DRIVERS needed in Columbia, SC

Local deliveries-HOME DAILY, NO OVERNIGHT

Pay: $20-$24 HR/DOE

$200 sign on bonus for qualified drivers

Responsibilities:

• Provide delivery and pick-ups of construction access materials and safety products
• Assist warehouse personnel as required and directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
• Bundle and palletize equipment as per company procedures and guidelines
• Record counts and damages clearly on required forms
• Perform daily inspections on vehicles and clearly fill out the required documents
• Inspect equipment returned and document the necessary counts/comments legibly on the required forms
• Count and identify products accurately
• Advise the Assistant Branch Manager of maintenance needs of the vehicles as they arise

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive manual vehicles
• Current CDL A operators license required
• Must have no restrictions on license
• Clean MVR
• 3 years overall driving experience
• Must have copy of DMV record
• Current DOT medical card
• Must live within 40 miles of Columbia, SC
• At least 21 years old
• Strong customer service skills
