Job summary

LTI, Inc. in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking responsible CDL A drivers to join our safety‑driven team. You will operate heavy commercial vehicles on line hauls with a flexible 4‑4 or 5‑3 schedule and earn a base of $28.50 per hour plus overtime and a safety bonus.

Qualified applicants hold CDL A with Tankers and Doubles endorsements, be at least 21, and pass a background/drug screen. We offer medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off and six holidays per year.

• Compensation: $28.50 Hour Base + OT + Hourly Safe Driving Bonus
• About: Line hauls, farm pick up, night shift.
• Schedule: flexibility with options for either a 4-4 or 5-3 rotation.
