Job summary

C.R. England is hiring a CDL-A Dollar Tree Regional Truck Driver to run upper Midwest routes from Joliet, IL. You will deliver dry freight to Dollar Tree stores, averaging about 970 miles per week with 3–5 stops per load. This is touch freight; you unload with rollers and stay active between drives.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a 34-hour reset at home each weekend and home time scheduling based on location. Sleeper trucks with automatics are provided with truck-home capability where safe.

Qualifications

C.R. England is offering Guaranteed Pay on this dedicated account with Dollar Tree. Three turns a week, rollers in the trailer, and a 34-hour reset at home every weekend. That is the rhythm of the dedicated Dollar Tree fleet running out of Joliet, IL.

You will deliver dry freight to Dollar Tree stores across the upper Midwest, averaging about 970 miles per week with three to five stops per load. This is a touch freight account, so you unload with rollers and stay active between drives.

• Based out of Joliet, IL
• Deliveries to WI, IA, MN, MI, IN and Northern KY
• Three turns per week on average
• Three to five stops per load on average
• Touch freight: unload dry freight using rollers

Home Time:

• 34-hour reset at home every week
• Reset usually falls on Saturday and Sunday or Sunday and Monday
• Shifts run Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on where you live

Equipment:

• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
• You can take your truck home to park, as long as the spot is safe and secure

How You Earn:

• Mileage pay
• Unload pay
• Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days
• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day
• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage
• Clean DOT Inspection - $25
• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
