C.R. England is hiring for an on-site, full-time truck driver on a dedicated Dollar Tree lane out of Warrensburg, MO. You will hand unload dry freight at customer locations using rollers and typically complete about 2 loads and 1,750 miles each week.

The role emphasizes staying active, home-time with a 34-hour reset, and coordination with the account manager to park the truck safely. CPM and load pay apply, plus a Safe and On-Time bonus up to 3% of mileage pay.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.

• Deliveries to Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas and Missouri


• Average of 2 loads and 1,750 miles per week


• CPM, Load pay


• Safe and on-time bonus - Up to 3% of mileage pay


• Guaranteed $1,400 minimum weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days

The Work:

• All dry freight


• You hand unload the trailer using rollers at customer locations


• A good match for drivers who want to stay active on the job

Home Time:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

Equipment:

• Solo position on one of the newest fleets in the country


• You work with the account manager to find a safe, secure place to park the truck


• Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day


• St George backhaul pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage


• Clean DOT Inspection - $25


• Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL


• 21 years of age or older


• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience


• Trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers will need to work with the account manager to determine where to park the truck safely and securely
